| Paul Aresu is award winning New York-based photographer, specializing in portraits, sports and lifestyle. With his passion for photography, he's a Graduate of School of Visual Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Paul launched his career when opening his studio in 1990. Always at the forefront of innovation, Paul was one of the first to launch into digital photography, building his in-house digital imaging facility as a companion to his commercial production. Sports and music dominate both Paul's images and his free time. Shooting with top athletes for advertising campaigns, Paul walks onto a set with these players and is completely at ease. The conversations and banter make for a great experience. In his free time, Paul plays multiple team and individual sports, and is a gifted musician playing multiple instruments. He spends his free time teaching at Parsons these last several years which is always an exciting experience. As an American history buff, he's a voracious reader. This native New Yorker, Paul resides in Westchester with his wife and two sons who he coaches on their various teams, so he's a real weekend warrior.
